Crystal Healing is a therapy that combines using crystals and healing together. They have a wonderful energy that is very gentle. Each crystal is very individual and resonates at a certain vibration that matches the healing energy that we need at any given time. When used within the healing session they bring in a wonderful calmness and bring in balance and harmony…leaving you feeling relaxed and at peace. Crystals are placed on and around the body.

They enhance the natural energy field of the human body. They can heal, repair and energize – the effects feel almost magical. This therapy is carried out with you lying on a couch fully clothed but it can also be carried out with you sitting in a chair.
